Nearing the end of our heritage focused tour
On Saturday three HVM & R4C teams will visit Beamish in Co. Durham, the SS Great Britain in Bristol and Lincoln Castle on the last leg of our country tour focused on the heritage. For the last month we've been visiting heritage locations across the country to hear the views of National Lottery players on how their money should be allocated to the heritage good cause.
The purpose? To ensure that the Heritage Lottery Fund has heard the views of National Lottery players as it decides on the contents of its next strategic plan starting in 2019. It has been a privilege to listen to the views of National Lottery players and to hear from heritage and community organisations, large and small, on the impact the money that people who play the National Lottery raise through their ticket buying has on heritage, people and communities.
